Return, Exchange & Alteration Policy

Tailored apparels complimentary alterations (on pieces that were measured by Esquire Atelier)

Tailored apparels could be tricky, and getting it to be perfect fit on your first try does not always happen. Don’t worry though, we’re committed to getting a perfect fit for you. If you are satisfied with the fit, we’re are more than happy to provide a complimentary alteration. You can visit any of your neighboring alterer and we submit the alteration cost to us (cap at maximum S$10) and we will do a full reimbursement on the alteration cost. Alternatively, you can send it back to us and we will get it altered for you, subject to the below terms for complimentary alteration.

COMPLIMENTARY ALTERATION TERMS

  • Alteration either on your own accord or through us has to be performed within 30 days from the day you receive your order.

  • After the alteration request has been submitted, please expect around two weeks for the altered shirt to be altered.

  • In order to request for the alteration, you must return your original apparel to the physical store in Singapore.

  • Each customer is entitled to up to two complimentary alteration for apparels.

  • Customer outside of Singapore is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If your body changes significantly after receiving your apparel, we are more than happy to help update your saved size. However beyond the two complimentary alteration, Esquire Atelier will not be responsible for alteration of shirts to fit your changing body size.

  • For a reimbursement to be successful, a photo of the receipt must be furnished.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY TERMS

  • Return & Exchange Policy only applies to standard sizing apparels.

  • Apparels have to be returned within 30 days of when they were purchased to qualify for a full refund.

  • All protective face mask sales are final. No returns or exchanges is allowed.

  • Processing time for refunds and exchanges is 3-7 business days.

  • Esquire Atelier is not liable for returns that are lost in transit.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock and fabrics availability.

  • Gift cards can be returned for store credit by the recipient with proof of purchase.

  • Our return and exchange policy is not a warranty. Shirts or products with extensive wear may not be accepted as returns.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE

  • Customers are responsible for any incurred customs duties, fees or taxes. These fees are non-refundable.
